They are a little more currency & are totally worth it
For years I was using the same Heating, Ventilation & A/C business all the people was using in town. He was the only local person around & I thought that was what I got stuck with. The local guy Mike was terrible though. He frequently wouldn’t show up to appointment times or be seriously late. Sometimes my Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair wouldn’t actually get fixed. He never cleaned up his debris & tracked dirt all throughout my house. I didn’t love it. Eventually I started looking around. Mike can’t be the only guy in the heating & cooling industry. I then found a better contractor just 1 town away. It turned out to be only a 30 minute drive for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C contractor & they are so much better. This is a professional contractor rather than some guy with a white van. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialists have uniforms & a professional toolset. I get an appointment date, an email confirmation & a iphone call 3 hours before the specialist arrives. I am never standing around waiting or worrying about my appointment. I also get clear, upfront pricing & a real bill at the end of each appointment. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist is kind, courteous & careful with my house. He brings a broom with him & wears protective foot covers in my house. It is night & day between these more than one companies. They are a little more currency & are totally worth it. I have been telling all the people in town about my great experience with them. I don’t want other people to deal with Mike.
