Some time back, dad was part of the team for a corporate rental contractor as a property manager.
The contractor has a large portfolio of properties worldwide.
In fact, the contractor is in the top 4 of the amount of properties that they own. Her properties are amongst some of the top executive suites that dad has ever come across. They were impeccably furnished, and they had lots of extra amenities that catered to executive level shoppers. Working for that contractor came with a few perks! When dad worked for the property mogul, he did stay in several of these corporate apartments when he traveled. Most of the rentals were absolutely amazing. But there was one in a high-rise building with a balcony that faced the entire city that dad talks about to date. It had a pool on the rooftop, a game room and a lounge on the 6th floor. Some extra amenities included a pet park and concierge service. Dad was blown away with this property, and he didn’t want to leave. He spent only 3 evenings there because he was in town for my graduation celebration. Dad invited my friends and I over to the apartment and we were all in awe of how elegant the venue was. We were especially impressed with how much square footage there was inside the apartment. That’s a top advantage of corporate housing, they supply the renters with more room than those in hotels. It’s so much easier to entertain guests when you have an entire kitchen and living space that you can use. Dad only wished that he still had access to those corporate housing, but he no longer works for the contractor.
