I try not to rush to the health care providers each time I sneeze.
- Now, that’s not to say it didn’t happen each time I felt terrible during the pandemic.
I actually took numerous Covid tests to ensure I was safe. And I’ve been okay so far to have every test be negative. That said, late last fall, I had a chest and sinus issue that I just couldn’t shake. This all started when the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C heating started running for much of the day. I’d later learn that this timing was the reason why I just couldn’t shake that cold. That was a miserable time since I felt my body was fighting off something tough. Of course, I took another Covid test and when it was negative, I headed off to the hospital. I was hoping to get some medicine, but I got Heating, Ventilation, and A/C advice. The nurse was adamant that the furnace cranking up and dirty air duct were the reason that freezing just kept lingering. My immune plan was affected from the cold and was now fighting off airborne contaminants attacking my respiratory system. Therefore, when I got home, I just did what the nurse told me to do and spoke to the Heating, Ventilation,& A/C corporation. The air duct cleaning and air duct resealing took most of the day however the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professionals were great. Once they were done, I went a step further and replaced the cheap air filter with a HEPA filter. I felt like myself again within a couple of days once the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C air ducts were cleaned and resealed.
