One of my favorite places in the world is also a customer for the HVAC business where I work.

Every once in a while, a commercial or residential customer will give us a tip. I like getting tips from the donut shop, and they are my favorite customers. The donut shop has been open for the past 40 years. The place has the best filled Donuts in the world. All of the fillings are made in the store and the donuts are fresh every single day. The place is open from 5:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and they have fresh donuts until the doors close. I had to go to the donut shop a couple of months ago when there was a problem with the refrigeration system in the kitchen. The cooler was not getting to a temperature that was 40°. When the chef noticed that the temperature in the cooler was around 48°, they called the heating and cooling company where I work and I was scheduled to help with the repair. There was a problem with the refrigeration lines and I replaced two of them. I waited 15 minutes to make sure that the temperature was going to lower. While I waited, I got fresh donuts that just came out of the oven. I got my choice of raspberry, lemon, or custard filling and I could choose powder or glaze on the outside. I also got my choice of a selection of cake donuts that included chocolate, vanilla, raspberry, strawberry, and blueberry.
