Air filtration improves indoor air

And it was pretty easy really

I do not care that it took something love covid to finally get myself and others to pay attention to my health, but that’s how it happened and perhaps that’s a single of the few things that was positive to come out of the pandemic… Then I sure didn’t enjoy laboring at home from the central air conditioner of my house; the offices I worked in were shut for a long while denying myself and others my zone controlled heating and A/C and wonderful view from my office. But that time at home gave myself and others the space in my schedule and motivation to change my lifestyle; gone were the afternoons sucking down beers in the air conditioner watching some game… However, I came out of the air conditioner and enjoyed a walk. That’s just how easy the changes were initially; Soon after, I focused on my diet and doing other things to improve my health. Going to the gym was not definitely another pick while I was in that section of the pandemic so I sort of had a bit of a home gym. But all in all, my efforts definitely bore fruit. I ended up losing nearly 40 pounds and becoming as healthy as I have been in a truly long time. So, I thought I’d keep that going when it came to the indoor air quality of our home. I acquired info about how important fantastic indoor air quality is to our respiratory health. So I wanted to do something to improve that indoor air quality. And it was pretty easy really. All I had to do was trade out the cheap heating and A/C air filters for a HEPA filter. This HEPA filter removes more than 99 percent of all airborne contaminants. And it has greatly improved the indoor air quality of our home.
