I had called the Heating and A/C company several times in the past, because I had been with them for over thirty years, never had I had any complications with the Heating and A/C servicemans, or their work. When the Heating and A/C serviceman got to the home last week, I could not understand a word he said, however he showed me his Heating and A/C ID badge and I could not pronounce his name. He spoke with an accent that was so thick, that I c ouldn’t understand him. He tried to ask me questions, despite the fact that I didn’t guess what he was saying. I called the Heating and A/C dealer, and told them they had sent an Heating and A/C serviceman to our home, and I didn’t guess how to pronounce his name, and I didn’t guess what he was saying. The person at the Heating and A/C company told me his name, and I frowned. I didn’t guess if I could say it! After explaining I wasn’t being rude, despite the fact that I wanted an Heating and A/C serviceman I could understand, she sounded love she was angry. I heard her huff and say that not all the people has perfect English. I wasn’t expecting perfect English, despite the fact that I wanted to guess what they were saying.
