They sent an Heating and A/C worker to the up-to-date home last week, because I needed some labor done on our furnace.
I had called the Heating and A/C supplier several times in the past, because I had been with them for over thirty years, and never had I had any problems with the Heating and A/C workers, or their work.
When the Heating and A/C worker got to the up-to-date home last week, I could not understand a word he said… He showed myself and others his Heating and A/C ID badge and I could not pronounce his name. He spoke with an accent that was so thick, that I c ouldn’t understand him. He tried to ask myself and others questions, but I didn’t suppose what he was saying. I called the Heating and A/C business, and told them they had sent an Heating and A/C worker to our home, and I didn’t suppose how to pronounce his name, and I didn’t suppose what he was saying. The man at the Heating and A/C supplier told myself and others his name, and I frowned. I didn’t suppose if I could say it! After explaining I wasn’t being rude, but I wanted an Heating and A/C worker I could understand, he sounded love he was angry. I heard his huff and say that not almost everyone has perfect English. I wasn’t expecting perfect English, but I wanted to suppose what they were saying. I knew I wasn’t going to get anywhere. I went to the kitchen and asked if he could write English. We communicated with him writing things down, and myself and others replying in English. It wasn’t the easiest way for myself and others to communicate with the Heating and A/C worker, however it was better than putting up with the man’s attitude. He thought it was funny that I was angrier with the receptionist than I was at him.
