So my buddy and I had the heating, ventilation, and A/C business install a ductless heat pump, put a bed and some furniture down there and offered it to our cousin.
Man, it’s so nice to be able to provide back, but I was also raised to be sure that I was grateful for nice fortune and to spend our money forward whenever that was at all possible… And I’ve stayed true to that, for sure, I’ve encountered periods in our life when I didn’t assume it could get any worse… Once, I even had to move into a condo that has no air conditioning, but there was a boiler in the basement for heating but absolutely no cooling comfort during the summer. And at that point, I was young, broke and trying to start our own business; and so there was no way I could afford something akin to a window air cooler, then but I was persistent and ended up with an honorable amount of financial security. So when I heard that one of our cousins was actually getting pummeled by life, I reached out, my family and I love having an easily nice condo with fantastic quality heating and air. But my buddy and I also have a basement that was pretty much finished off when my buddy and I bought the place. It has its own entrance and a powder room with a shower. So my buddy and I had the heating, ventilation, and A/C business install a ductless heat pump, put a bed and some furniture down there and offered it to our cousin. This surely ended up being just the lift she needed… With no rent to pay, she could focus on her task and continue her studies. I have to say that it’s fantastic that she’s thriving now. And I also have to say how amazed I was by the ductless heat pump.
