It entirely wasn’t that hard to get new shoppers, especially when I offered to chop the existing prices by 10% after splitting our prices by 10%, I was actually the lowest price carrier in the area for all of the heating plus A/C repair needs. I have managed to pick up a lot of business since then plus the biggest reason is due to the lower prices. It will not be long before I can compete with some of the big name brand chains.
