They should make HVAC companies have a website.

I wanted to know how long it would take before the phone call came through.

I thought all HVAC companies had a website, but I was wrong. None of the local HVAC companies in our area had a website. How did they expect me to make any decisions or get information if I couldn’t look at their website? I knew the old HVAC company had a website, and they had a FAQs section where I could look up information. Within a couple of days, I could find answers to all my questions, even if I couldn’t make the repair on my own. I loved perusing websites, but that wasn’t going to happen with the local HVAC companies. I called the one and asked about an appointment. I told her that if they had an HVAC website, I could have signed up for information and made the appointment without bothering her. She said it was not a bother, but I could tell she was busy. She sounded like she was distracted. We talked for two minutes when she told me she needed to look in the books and call me back. I wanted to know how long it would take before the phone call came through. She said she didn’t know, but to bear with them. I had things to do, just like she did, and I didn’t want to wait very long. Ten minutes later, she told me when her next appointment was open. When I mentioned she needed an HVAC website, again, she got upset and told me the HVAC technician had a three-hour window, and I should make sure I was home.
