I need to copy the format I did last evening with my sleep routine because I slept like a beast last evening. I was in bed genuinely early, at around 9:15 pm, and was learning and studying Spanish sayings for about an hour before falling asleep. It also isn’t easy to get to bed that early each evening though, especially with Summer coming and the nights getting longer and longer. I have an associate coming by this evening at 8pm so I will absolutely be awake till 11pm tonight, although I should still be great with sleeping enough. My air cleaner makes a nice hum that lulls me to sleep while it keeps the air quality in my bedroom great so that my allergies don’t drive me crazy. I finally run the thing every evening and there is hardly any dust in my room, especially where it normally is, like under the bed and in the corners of the room. I got a real HEPA filter from the recommendation of this heating corporation and it genuinely made a difference with my allergies and my overall health. I’ve been living alone for a while now, ever since my crazy ex (or maybe I am the crazy one) split up over a year ago. I met her in the heating corp one day and we seemed to genuinely get along, that is until we moved in together and things went haywire. My best pal and I would regularly get into fights about dumb things and it finally became too much and we decided to go our separate ways.
