When it comes to spending money on myself, I actually just don’t do that all that often, however in fact, since the kids came along, I’m sort of doing the reverse of spending money on myself.
I’m fortunate to have a good job inside zone controlled Heating and A/C.
It’s an awesome office and I make a nice living; Plus, I really care about what I do most of the time, but that’s not something to be taken lightly at all, then still, when it comes to providing for my family, less is more when it comes to spending money on my stuff. I’ve pretty much stopped playing hockey and I sold the boat that I had for a long time. There is university to pay for along with the essentials like food, clothing, shelter along with heating and cooling. So the more I can save by not spending much on myself, the more my pal and I have as a family! But recently, I decided to break that trend a bit and build a bit of a private spot for me in the basement. It’s not exactly some sort of athletic interests cave or anything like that, but yet, I did want to be able to be quiet and relax with some privacy now that the kids are older. Putting up a few walls was no problem and I furnished it with old furniture that I found at garage sales. But I did spend some money to supply my new spot with some residential Heating and A/C. The Heating and A/C professionals came out to install a ductless heat pump down in my new space. It’s actually quite incredible. I had no idea just what quality heating and air that I’d be getting from this little Heating and A/C dynamo.
