We know genuinely well today that a great night’s rest is truly imperative for health and wellbeing.

In fact, the temperature of a room may be one of the most crucial things that determine whether or not you have a great night’s rest… Your internal body temperature naturally drops as you are getting ready to sleep. When the temperature in the room is lower, this process is helped along. For those of you who like to sleep on the warmer side, it might come as quite a shock without the national sleep foundation recommending your thermostat be set to between 60 and 67° F in order to facilitate the best conditions for sleeping well. It’s not just about temperature, however. It’s also about humidity levels. If the room is too humid it will cause a damp and sticky feeling that can lead to discomfort. On the other hand, if it is too dry in the room, this can cause your sinuses to become too dry and irritated, but luckily, new air conditioner systems have built-in humidity regulation, then keep all these things in mind when you consider what might be causing you difficulty in getting a great night’s sleep!
