There’s this steakhouse that I’ve legitimately come to prefer over the past couple years.
It’s a BBQ smokehousehold type place.
The ribs are entirely mouth-watering as well as the pulled pork brisket is to die for. Heck, virtually everything on the menu, except for the salad, because, who eats salad at a BBQ place, Is delicious as well as I’ve tried them all at least twice. Well, easily there is someone to meet salad at a barbecue place:that would be my wife. I love her to death, but she’s no carnivore. She is usually willing to put up with my carnivore tendencies, but there has something else about this place that she doesn’t like. The air quality isn’tthat good at all. The place odors delicious, do not get me wrong, but it’s kind of small as well as they do not seem to have the temperature control apparatus in place to help with all the smoke, maybe some sort of air purification would do the trick, or even better ventilation, your clothes are actually going to odor smoky for a while when you come out of there… Again, this doesn’t bother me much, but my wife doesn’t like it. I have to admit that she has a point. In fact, a fire broke out there recently. My fantastic friend and I heard it on the news. Turns out some of the employees were not even aware of it until it was quite dangerously ablaze. I’m pretty sure they didn’t know it because they were so used to the odor of smoke. That’s how bad the indoor air quality was! At least they are renovating the place now, so I’m sure they will take the awful indoor air quality into consideration for the new as well as improved place.
