It seems like people these afternoons just don’t know what difficult work means or how to clean up after themselves.

As a manager of a heating plus cooling business I’m always receiving customer comments that some of our heating plus cooling professionals are leaving behind tools, plus tracking in dirt plus mud to customer’s homes.

This is something that I honestly want to address this year. I honestly want to change our heating plus cooling business’s reputation around, and a few of our Google reviews talks about the lack of carelessness that our Heating and Air Conditioning professionals leave behind. This is harshly unacceptable. First I want to start with all of our heating plus cooling professionals getting trained right from the start from when they first started with us. The heating plus cooling training is an intense training course that’s four weeks long. I want certain professionals who have had 3 bad customer reviews to redo the training course. The course covers everything from Heating and Air Conditioning service plus repairs, how to talk to customers plus cleanliness while at a job. I feel if I developed this type of requirement from our heating cooling professionals will realize how important it is to be clean during a job. There are at least two other heating plus cooling companies within our part plus I want to raise sales plus be the top leading heating plus cooling corporation. I want to be able to compare last year sales to this year sales plus also the customer comments plus show how effective it was for some of our heating cooling professionals to go through our training program again. I honestly feel this will help our business in the long run because the heating plus cooling industry is genuinely complex.
