As a supervisor of a heating and cooling business I’m always receiving customer comments that some of our heating and cooling specialists are leaving behind tools, and tracking in dirt and mud to customer’s homes.
This is something that I entirely want to address this year.
I entirely want to change our heating and cooling dealer’s reputation around, but a few of our Google reviews talks about the lack of carelessness that our Heating and Air Conditioning specialists leave behind. This is severely unacceptable. First I want to start with all of our heating and cooling specialists getting trained right from the start from when they first started with us. The heating and cooling training is an intense training course that’s four weeks long. I want certain specialists who have had 3 exhausting customer reviews to redo the training course. The course covers everything from Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance and repairs, how to talk to clients and cleanliness while at a job. I feel if I developed this type of requirement from our heating cooling specialists will realize how crucial it is to be disinfect during a job. There are at least two other heating and cooling companies within our section and I want to raise sales and be the top leading heating and cooling corporation. I want to be able to compare last year sales to this year sales and also the customer comments and show how effective it was for some of our heating cooling specialists to go through our training program again. I entirely feel this will help our business in the long run because the heating and cooling industry is truly complex.
