It seems like people these mornings just don’t know what taxing toil means or how to wash up after themselves.

As a manager of a heating & cooling dealer I’m constantly receiving client comments that some of our heating & cooling suppliers are leaving behind tools, & tracking in dirt & mud to customer’s homes.

This is something that I undoubtedly want to address this year.

I undoubtedly want to change our heating & cooling dealer’s reputation around; A few of our Google reviews talks about the lack of carelessness that our Heating & Air Conditioning suppliers leave behind. This is harshly unacceptable. First I want to beginning with all of our heating & cooling suppliers getting trained right from the beginning from when they first started with us. The heating & cooling training is an intense training course that’s four weeks long. I want certain suppliers who have had 3 exhausting client reviews to redo the training course. The course covers everything from Heating & Air Conditioning service & repairs, how to talk to clients & cleanliness while at a task. I feel if I developed this type of requirement from our heating cooling suppliers will realize how important it is to be wash during a task. There are at least two other heating & cooling companies within our area & I want to raise sales & be the top leading heating & cooling corporation. I want to be able to compare last year sales to this year sales & also the client comments & show how effective it was for some of our heating cooling suppliers to go through our training program again. I undoubtedly feel this will help our dealer in the long run because the heating & cooling industry is undoubtedly complex.
