The dentist demanded better heating and air

I’m not the smartest person I know, and I don’t pretend to be. When other people are looking for advice or opinions on something, I shrug my shoulders and tell them I’m unqualified to offer any assistance. I don’t ever want people to get the bright idea to listen to what’s in my brain. This is one of the reasons I didn’t know anything about it when my partner kept telling me I had horrible allergies. I assumed the coughing, sneezing, and face rubbing for a few months, was normal, because of the changing seasons. Surely, she knew that the weather conditions and air quality were affecting my respiratory system in a way that I couldn’t doubt. So, I proceeded through the weeks, taking OTC dust sensitivity medicine, waiting for my illnesses to clear up. They didn’t. I coughed and sneezed my way through winter before the warm, balmy spring air finally arrived. As soon as the weather changed, there was an immense improvement in my breathing! Unfortunately, though, when the air conditioning began to be used, I started sneezing again. It took a professional respiratory specialist to tell me what the problem was – not allergies, but the amount of debri floating in my air ducts! When a local HVAC professional saw my horribly- neglected indoor air temperature control system, they were shocked I was still standing! Now, I have new air ducts, modern HEPA filters that I change every six weeks, and an HVAC service plan.
