As a director of a heating plus cooling company I’m always receiving customer comments that some of our heating plus cooling professionals are leaving behind tools, plus tracking in dirt plus mud to customer’s homes. This is something that I entirely want to address this year. I entirely want to change our heating plus cooling company’s reputation around; A few of our Google reviews talks about the lack of carelessness that our Heating plus Air Conditioning professionals leave behind. This is extremely unadequate. First I want to start with all of our heating plus cooling professionals getting trained right from the beginning from when they first started with us. The heating plus cooling training is an intense training course that’s four weeks long. I want particular professionals who have had 3 bad customer reviews to redo the training course. The course covers everything from Heating plus Air Conditioning repair plus repairs, how to talk to clients plus cleanliness while at a task. I feel if I developed this type of requirement from our heating cooling professionals will realize how substantial it is to be scrub during a task. There are at least two other heating plus cooling companies within our part plus I want to raise sales plus be the top leading heating plus cooling corporation. I want to be able to compare last year sales to this year sales plus also the customer comments plus show how effective it was for some of our heating cooling professionals to go through our training program again. I entirely feel this will help our company in the long run because the heating plus cooling industry is truly complex.
