I think if I developed this type of requirement from our heating cooling technicians will realize how important it is to be clean during a job
As a manager of a heating and cooling company I’m always receiving customer comments that some of our heating and cooling technicians are leaving behind tools, and tracking in dirt and mud to customer’s homes. This is something that I really want to address this year. I really want to change our heating and cooling company’s reputation around. A few of our Google reviews talks about the lack of carelessness that our HVAC technicians leave behind. This is extremely unacceptable. First I want to start with all of our heating and cooling technicians getting trained right from the beginning from when they first started with us. The heating and cooling training is an intense training course that’s four weeks long. I want certain technicians who have had 3 poor customer reviews to redo the training course. The course covers everything from HVAC maintenance and repairs, how to talk to customers and cleanliness while at a job. I think if I developed this type of requirement from our heating cooling technicians will realize how important it is to be clean during a job. There are at least two other heating and cooling companies within our area and I want to raise sales and be the top leading heating and cooling corporation. I want to be able to compare last year sales to this year sales and also the customer comments and show how effective it was for some of our heating cooling technicians to go through our training program again. I really think this will help our company in the long run because the heating and cooling industry is very complex.
