I’ve been thinking a lot lately about trying to strike out on my own.
I guess I might want to get my own site in town, rather than staying at the same ancient condo we’ve been renting. There’s no complication at all with the condo itself; I adore that it’s so large, well took care of, in addition to the home is delightful for lazy afternoons lounging in the sun. The only issues I have with living here are the continual personal tension between the other inhabitants, in addition to the faulty Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C system. That’s why I’m going to be especially careful when condo shopping. The undoubtedly last thing that I want is more uneven, wildly fluctuating uneven temperatures throughout my site… For the past year I’ve lived with a unusual temperature gradient that extends from my workspace through the study room in addition to into the upstairs kitchens. Every single room is a distinct temperature, then as you pass from space to space, you feel a noticeable chill or overheating. I’ve tried to use fans to even out the heating in addition to cooling system in these spaces, however the extra ventilation just seems to create a greater draft… Now I’m hyper vigilant about researching every make in addition to model of heating in addition to cooling system when I visit a potential apartment. I have numerous Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C dealerships on speed dial, in addition to I correctly chat with my new friend at the ventilation department. I’m sure I’m driving my real estate agent deranged with all my Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C questions, but I refuse to relocate unless the transport will be an improvement on my new living situation!
