I enjoy enjoying shows about people buying beach homes.
They are usually in some exoctic location that I can only dream of living in.
The thought of waking up each afternoon, smelling the salt air, plus roaming on the beach is a dream of mine for sure. I see many of the locations also have rental properties where you can stay for a week or two. That would even be lovely in my opinion. When a coworker told me that they were absolutely going to be travelling to one of these type of places, I have to admit, I was envious. But, when they returned plus told me about all the issues they had with the rental property, that feeling went away. They told me that they had booked the rental home online plus many of the amenities they advertised were either non-existent or far less than what they should have been. The largest disappointment had been the Heating plus A/C system. The online listing stated that it had a/c, it failed to mention that is ONLY had a small window device that barely worked. I feel they weren’t lying, but, they weren’t exactly tolerable either. My coworker said that they had to sleep on the couches in the kitchen because that was the coolest room in the whole house. I vision of travelling to one of these places started to fade as I listened to their stories of false advertising plus misleading comments. They made sure to write a review so that others would be able to avoid the lack of Heating plus A/C like they had to endure during their vacation.
