Road to recovery

Last night, I was able to sleep for a full seven hours. Now to almost everyone I know this does not seem like a relaxing accomplishment. Many people have the ability to sleep a relaxing eight hours a night and for the life of me I will never comprehend that. I, on the other hand, average about five on a normal basis, but of late, this has been split to one to two hours, followed by multiple awake or half awake. The reason for this is the fact that I have been dealing with the effects of the flu for nearly a week. Running a fever off and on has made the house extremely uncomfortable and I am either cold frosty or feel like I have just stepped into a sauna. My body temperature is off so much that it makes it impossible to sleep. My terrible hubby has tried to help by changing the Heating and A/C system to accommodate my feelings, but, by the time it swings the temperature in the house, I am feeling the opposite and need to change the control device again. I told him that she was only strenuous the device and running up the energy costs by consistently changing the temperature. Hopefully now that I am feeling better this won’t be a problem any longer either. My relaxing friend and I have decided to look into a couple of portable units that can be used for situations like this in the future. My relaxing friend and I figure that if one of us comes down with an illness like that again, my associate and I can simply utilize them in one home office and not have to try changing the whole house to make the other lady comfortable.
