The holidays aren’t for another six months despite the fact that I constantly get excited.
I look forward to decorating my house plus having a tree with holiday lights everywhere.
I recently went to the store plus purchased a great few hundred dollars worth of new decorations. The decorations were on sale plus I couldn’t resist. The decorations that I did have were aged plus were handed down to me from my mom. She used them to decorate our house when I was a kid. Therefore I thought that it was time to retire those aged decorations plus purchase myself some new ones. My hubby thought I was crazy since the holidays aren’t coming up anytime soon. But I told him I would rather pay half the price for the decorations now then pay full price later. Since it is still Summer there are other things around the house that I have to prep for. It’s the start of Summer plus I have to start prepping my house before my HVAC professional comes to inspect plus wipe the HVAC system. What I like to do before she comes to my house is write down anything that has changed with the house. I write down if my great friend and I put in new windows, an addition on the house, or any harsh change. This is because this will affect the heating plus cooling load of the system that my professional calculated. I like to go around plus check the duct system in my basement to make sure the seals look tight. Then I clear everything around my HVAC system so it’s easier for my professional to labor in.
