I don’t mind the university that I’ve been staying at for the past four years.
- It’s a competitive program that I’m in, then this year all the taxing work that I’ve put in, I’m finally getting my degree, but it’s exciting & startling at the same time since applying for tasks is coming up.
The other day I got an email telling me that it’s time to apply for graduation. It literally feels like I just applied for university. I get so numerous emails a day reminding me to apply for graduation. The first semester isn’t even over yet, I’m not looking forward to graduating just yet! I have also been receiving emails about our campus having wanting to install smart thermostats. I’ve never heard of a smart thermostat & I was curious to what they do so I looked them up. What I found out was that they are energy efficient, you can even control the temperature of your room through your smart phone. I thought this was some pretty advanced technology for a university wanting to implement these campus wide. Our university is trying to save more energy in response to the amount of debt that our campus is in. They feel like by installing these smart thermostats, it can save a lot of money in heating & cooling. The email sent us a fasten so my friend and I could schedule an information session with an Heating as well as Air Conditioning serviceman. The Heating as well as Air Conditioning serviceman would come to our townhouse & explain to my roommates & I how to use it.
