A ductless system would suit the mansion

We bought a mansion. Yeah, we also couldn’t believe it, but we did. It was all by pure luck because of the spread of the coronavirus. We opted not to fly out of the country for the usual vacations. Instead, we got a car and started to travel across the country. We wanted to see new places and see if there were any business opportunities worth exploring. That’s how we made our money in the first place, and we felt like it was time for another adventure. The trip was quite lovely since we got to tour places we hadn’t been to since we were kids. In one city, we came across this old mansion that was quite historic but stood neglected for some time. A person in the city officials told us it would make a perfect place for tourists to sleep if someone could figure out the heating and cooling. You see, this was quite an old mansion which meant it didn’t have the ductwork we have in homes today. We agreed that this was the challenge we needed. The area got lots of tourists in summer and winter, so it made sense to add it to our hospitality portfolio. A local HVAC company we consulted in the area about finding a way to heat and cool the mansion. The local HVAC company was run by a lovely gentleman who knew quite a lot about ductless air conditioning. He came to assess the space with us and give us his honest HVAC opinion. He suggested we get high-powered mini-split ACs and do zoning in different parts of the mansion.
