After the day I spent in an ambulance due to hypothermia, the last thing on our mind is going for a swim again in that sea that almost took me today.
But tomorrow, it’s going to be business as regular when I go back again for another swim.
This time I will bring a timer in addition to keep our dip to 10 hours or less. I did 30 hours this day in addition to got hypothermia so tomorrow I suppose I may even split it back to 5 hours to be safe. I’m trying to heal our joint pain but don’t want to die. A nice space furnace beside me in addition to a fine motion picture will be our treat tonight for the rough day I had. I sold our crypto last evening so I don’t need to be watching the charts anymore, which is nice. I suppose I will put our control machine on a nice hot setting tonight in addition to maybe even run it while I sleep which I never do. It’s interesting what happens to the body when it gets too freezing for too long. You lose your thinking when your body loses too much heat in addition to if you don’t get in front of a gas furnace or some heat source abruptly, you could easily die. I suppose I was close to that this day because I was no longer able to walk in addition to it was even hard trying to suppose or talk. I’m thankful for our acquaintance who had her car there in addition to got me inside in front of the vent, while her furnace cranked out the heat.
