No one was there to answer the call at the HVAC company

She had a service and repair agreement with a local HVAC company that included 24-hour emergency repair.

Mindy was tired and just wanted to go home and get into her bed. She felt like crying and was sure it was because she almost had her flow. But, they had a few more clients to serve at the salon. This was their busiest day of the week, so she had no option but to suck it up and work. Her boss was quite understanding, but learning would leave her with too many clients to serve. Mindy finally did manage to get home about 3 hours later and had to turn on the heating unit since the house was chilly. Since it was late fall, the evenings and nights were getting colder as winter approached. Mindy tried to turn on the heat pump, but no warm air was blowing into the house. Instead, the unit only made the house colder. Mindy thought it was because she hadn’t changed the settings on her thermostat. But, that wasn’t the case. It seemed there was something wrong with the heating unit. Mindy wanted so badly to sleep, but she chose to first contact the HVAC company for emergency repair. She had a service and repair agreement with a local HVAC company that included 24-hour emergency repair. But, on this night, when she needed the emergency service, no one was there to pick up her call. Mindy tried to call two more times, but it seemed there was no one on duty at the HVAC company to answer her call. She had to take a hot shower and wear warm clothes to sleep until the following day when she got her heat pump fixed.
