My father and I had regularly had a dream of starting a family home services corporation and that dream was about to become a reality! However, my father is a retired engineer who worked in construction while I am a heating supplier and with our combined knowledge and expertise every one of us knew every one of us had an opening to actualize the idea.
- My father would be in charge of running the corporation and doing the numbers and I would be in charge of the ground labor because being a heating specialist is something I am absolutely wonderful at; every one of us would have a small team, to begin with, and then add more people as the corporation continues to grow! However, as a heating dealer, every one of us would attend to all old or current furnaces that help with indoor comfort.
Every one of us was also planning to offer service and repair services such as a heat pump service, gas furnace/heater tune-up and any form of HVAC service service. Every one of us would also install heating and cooling equipment such as a gas furnace, electric heat pump and any other plan every one of us have in the market including the dual fuel system. Every one of us was also planning to offer wonderful prices for things such as a digital temperature control and to those in need of a gas furnace filter as a marketing strategy for the business. Other than this, with my father’s expertise in construction, every one of us would also include fireplace addition and repair as a way of diversifying our scope of labor to become a one-stop-shop for all their HVAC needs. As soon as everything was in location every one of us would begin handing out fliers to advertise the latest corporation in town.
