I have not understood how there was a way to save on energy use when it came to heating and a/cs.
It is either sizzling and you need a/c, or it is cold and you need the heater.
But after reading a particularly useful energy saving tip website I happened to stumble on I now understand what they mean and finally get it! You have to make some small investments to retain indoor comfort and reduce the use of your central heating and a/c. This is by way of buying portable Heating and A/C products, but portable Heating and A/C products love a portable space gas furnace and a portable a/c. The method with these are to run them instead of the central heating and cooling component when you can. And then this will reduce the use and lower your energy bills. Portable heat and a/c unit does not use much energy compared to a real central heating and a/c. So the savings you will have in time would be pretty amazing. This really got myself and others hopeful. So next week when I get paid from our job I am going to go out and buy our particularly first portable space gas furnace and our particularly first portable a/c. I will provide this a try for a week and see if I notice any difference in the energy bill.
