The school put off their HVAC upgrades

The school I work at has been experiencing complications with it’s HVAC plan for several months now, then it all started when a few educators were complaining about how sizzling their classrooms were! The school is located down south, where the temperature fluctuates between sizzling as well as hotter, so earlier in the Spring semester the hot as well as cold temperatures are at their highest.

  • There is nothing worse than being in a classroom that is boiling with a bunch of students who won’t stop complaining about the temperature.

This is why the educators began complaining in the first place. The school hired an HVAC company to come repair the HVAC units, which seemed to maintain the issue for a week or two… However, the issue continued after that time, then as the temperature began to cool slightly with the Winter season, the two of us were all hopeful that the extra warm classrooms would job in our favor; but unluckily, that wasn’t the case because the furnaces started finally working extra difficult to heat the school, as well as it got hot! The temperature was so sizzling that educators began bringing portable fans into their classrooms as well as opening windows to allow extra air flow. Things got so out of hand that the school unquestionably shut down for several afternoons in order to get all the HVAC devices replaced. It was an unexpected getaway, however I recognize most people are excited to get the HVAC plan under control as well as back in finally working order… We’re just too tired of being uncomfortable as well as the educators are genuinely too tired of listening to our students complain about the heat.
