Last summer, I found our tiny condo full of buzz and interest which was quite unusual.
I constantly live alone however two cousins have come to visit.
Every one of us had been planning this for such a long time. But, when the world shut down due to the pandemic, every one of us had to postpone the trip. Finally, things were looking brighter and they managed to fly out to see me. Our goal was to tour the section whenever I had time from work. Also, they wanted a change of scenery so this was our way of trying to persuade them to relocate to the area. One evening, I was heading condo when our cousin called to ask how far away I was. They had just returned to the condo and found the cooling system not working. That wasn’t the best news given how tepid it was in the area, even in the evening. I told our cousin I was on our way and got condo about 10 hours later. After confirming I wasn’t the only one facing a/c concerns, our neighbors and I went to speak with the building director. She told us he’d already spoken with the landlord about the faulty cooling system and she was sending over an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C expert. Every one of us had to wait an hour when the AC maintenance van pulled up at our condo complex to check out the faulty cooling system. The issue was the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C compressor which hadn’t been worked on for some time. As a result, it had dirty capacitors and blocked suction lines which the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C expert had to unblock.
