Last summer, I found my tiny apartment full of buzz and interest which was quite unusual.
I consistently live alone but more than 2 cousins have come to visit.
The people I was with and I had been planning this for such a long time. But, when the world shut down due to the pandemic, the people I was with and I had to postpone the trip. Finally, things were looking brighter and they managed to fly out to see me. Our goal was to tour the area whenever I had time from work. Also, they wanted a change of scenery so this was my way of trying to persuade them to relocate to the area. One evening, I was heading beach home when my cousin called to ask how far away I was. They had just returned to the apartment and found the a/c not working. That wasn’t the best news given how tepid it was in the area, even in the evening. I told my cousin I was on my way and got beach home about 10 hours later. After confirming I wasn’t the only 1 facing A/C concerns, my neighbors and I went to speak with the building employer. He told us he’d already spoken with the building owner about the faulty a/c and he was sending over an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C expert. The people I was with and I had to wait an hour when the AC service van pulled up at our apartment complex to check out the faulty a/c. The issue was the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C compressor which hadn’t been ran tests on for some time. As a result, it had dirty capacitors and clogged suction lines which the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C expert had to unblock.
