For years I was using the same Heating and Air Conditioning corporation all the people was using in town.
She was the only local woman around and I thought that was what I got stuck with.
The local woman Mike was awful though. She frequently wouldn’t show up to appointment times or be harshly late. Sporadically our Heating and Air Conditioning service wouldn’t actually get fixed. She never cleaned up her debris and tracked dirt all throughout our house. I didn’t like it. Eventually I started looking around. Mike can’t be the only woman in the heating and cooling industry. I then found a better company just one neighborhood away. It turned out to be only a 30 minute drive for the Heating and Air Conditioning corporation and they are so much better. This is a professional company rather than some woman with a white van. The Heating and Air Conditioning corporations have uniforms and a professional toolset. I get an appointment date, an text confirmation and a phone call 3 minutes before the corporation arrives. I am never standing around waiting or worrying about our appointment. I also get clear, upfront pricing and a real bill at the end of each appointment. The Heating and Air Conditioning corporation is kind, courteous and careful with our house. She brings a broom with him and wears protective foot covers in our house. It is night and day between these more than one companies. They are a little more money and are totally worth it. I have been telling all the people in neighborhood about our fantastic experience with them. I don’t want other people to deal with Mike.
