Not too long ago, I was part of a team at a corporate rental company.
- My role was property manager.
The company owns many properties all around the country, then in fact, the company is in the top 5 of the amount of properties that they own, plus the properties are amongst some of the nicer executive suites that I have seen. They were nicely furnished, plus they had some extra amenities that catered to executive level buyers. Being an employee for that company came with a few perks. After some time, I could stay in the corporate apartments when I traveled. These rentals were honestly amazing and one in particular was in a complex with a balcony that faced the ocean. There was a pool on the rooftop, a spa room and bar on the 7th floor. Added bonuses included a dog park and concierge service. This place always took my breath away, and I never felt like leaving. I spent several nights there because I was in the neighborhood for my best friend’s graduation. I invited her over to the luxury apartment and she too was in awe of how beautiful the place was. My best friend loved the fact that the apartment was so spacious. That’s one of the advantages about corporate housing. There’s always more space than a hotel room. I found it better to entertain guests because of the open living room, dinner, kitchen setup that you can use. I only wished that I still had access to those corporate housing, but I had to leave my position.
