My mom wanted to get my dad a actually wonderful gift for his birthday this year, even though she didn’t think what to get for him, then she called me up and asked me what I thought would be a wonderful gift for him; I wasn’t actually sure, however then when I went out to lunch with him one day, he told me that he actually wanted to get a up-to-date smart thermostat plan for their house! He was complaining to me about their new thermostat unit and how he had been wanting to get a up-to-date one for a while however my mom kept telling him that they did not need a up-to-date one, however then, he showed me all of these odd smart thermostat systems on his iphone.
He even showed me the one that he liked the best, apparently this one has a lot of odd features that my dad thought were actually cool.
He enjoys the whole plan of being able to control his heating and cooling plan with nothing more than an app on his smartphone, then when I told my mom what my dad said about wanting a smart thermostat,she just rolled her eyup and said that they did not need a up-to-date thermostat. I told her that if she wanted me to find out what he wanted for a birthday gift, then she should at least get him what he entirely wanted! My mom is just a difficult lady to deal with occasionally, but my exhausting dad. Maybe I will buy him the smart thermostat myself since she won’t get it for him.
