4 years ago, we worked for a corporate rental business as property managers. The business has many properties all around the country. In fact, the business is in the top 3 of the amount of properties that they own. These properties are amongst some of the nicer executive suites that we have seen. The furnishings were exquisite, plus they had some extra amenities that catered to executive level customers. Being employees for that business came with several advantages. Sometimes we were able to stay in these corporate apartments when we traveled. We found the rentals really amazing. We recall one that was in a high-rise building with a balcony that faced the entire city. The place had a pool on the rooftop. There was a game room and lounge on the 10th floor. They also had a pet park plus concierge service. We were so impressed with this property, and didn’t want to leave. We spent only 5 days there because we were in the city for our sibling’s graduation gathering. We invited him over to the condo and he too was in awe of how appealing the place was. Our brother was especially impressed with how much room there was inside the apartment. That’s one of the advantages about corporate housing. They ensure the tenant has more space than a hotel room. It’s quite possible to entertain guests when you have an entire family room and open kitchen-diner that you can use. We only wished that we still had access to those corporate housing. Unfortunately, we aren’t property managers anymore.
