Sometimes when I drift into thought, I’ll start thinking about how things were appreciate when I was a youngster. I was raised on the West Coast, which was a pretty enjoyable experience back in the morning. All of us lived in a site where the temperature was hot all the time. There would be some scorching hot afternoons, however not so much plus the two of us rarely had to crank the AC system that much in the house, and whenever the two of us wanted to spend too much time inside while I was in those afternoons to appreciate the AC system, our parents would officially kick us outside to go play with our buddies, but fortunately, everybody had water balloons plus super soakers plus the two of us always had large water fights on the overheated afternoons. Oh man, the two of us would stay up late too when the two of us could get away with that. Oftentimes, the two of us would be playing intense games of multiple square or hoops, but because the two of us lived in a court, there wasn’t a lot of traffic that the two of us had to worry about, so it was all about the games. All of us even drove our remote control cars in the court separate from having to worry so much about a automobile running them over, then life was the best back in the morning plus there are times when I wish I could go back. The nice thing about modern times is that the two of us have more efficient heating plus cooling systems, so at least the two of us have that going for us. I’m sure my parents were actually stressed about the energy bills back then, plus that’s one main reason why they were always keeping us outside, so the two of us weren’t letting the AC escape the house.
