I was having a drastic problem with rising energy costs.
- I thought that our Heating and A/C system was shot or something, even though it seemed to be working.
The air was chilly coming from the Heating and A/C vents so I wasn’t sure what was happening. I had an Heating and A/C expert come out to our beach house plus he discovered that our HVAC duct system had some drastic concerns. He said there were a lot of spots where the HVAC duct was leaking because it had holes in it. He explained that it would be easily costly to have the HVAC duct system fixed. I asked if the Heating and A/C system itself was alright, plus he said it was despite the fact that I couldn’t use it without repaired HVAC duct. He did the calculations for me plus I l gained that I could have a modern ductless multi-chop system installed for around the same cost as repairing our HVAC duct system. I was shocked at how costly it would be to do that job. So I ended up going for the modern ductless Heating and A/C system substitute, plus I’m glad that I did. Now I have a zoned Heating and A/C with customized temperature control settings in all the rooms in our home. The elegant thing is that I will never have to worry about the HVAC duct again. That means I don’t even have to get HVAC duct cleanings through the professionals either. Of course, I do have to keep up with correct repair plus care of our system, so I will entirely be calling the Heating and A/C experts twice per year to make sure everything is wonderful to go before the peak heating plus cooling seasons.
