I am still more comfortable spending time with critters than other human beings.
The thing is… There are a few critters that I legitimately do not appreciate. For instance, my roommate’s cat. This critter is truly high service, regularly throwing up everywhere, as well as driving up our Energy bill every week. You see, the animal entirely enjoys being out on our balcony where he soaks up the rays of the Sun as well as the tepid air. I am not sure why he enjoys our semi tropical environment so much, however he wants to roast outside in the 90 degree weather rather than bask in AC. This is all well as well as good… Except he won’t stay outside in the heat as well as humidity all day long. Instead, he wants to walk into the air conditioner for a sip of water as well as a mouthful of food before he saunters back out into the heat. This has the effect of causing us to open the door over as well as over again, releasing our expensive air conditioner outside.It also interrupts workflow, trying to keep up with his heating as well as cooling needs. If you don’t open the door, he screams bloody murder until you supply in. However, the only other option is to leave the door open as well as lose even more expensive air conditioner to the balmy weather conditions outside! Since I labor from home, I’m trapped in a losing battle of animal vs AC vs getting labor accomplished all day. No matter what I do, I lose. Especially when the electrical bill rolls around each week, as well as we’re paying to air condition the outdoors.
