My air conditioner failed to cool my home the other day.
If it had gone down in the middle of the day or early day, I would’ve been on the phone with the Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation .
However, the air conditioner failed at night. I wasn’t about to contact the Heating, Ventilation and A/C dealer because they’d charge me more money. After hours services can be double the price for A/C repairs. My partner seemed annoyed with my decision to not hire the Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation, but I said we could go swimming before bed for her to cool off. We went outside to the pool and got into the cold water. When we were, we went inside, stripped the bathing suits and headed to bed. 2 hours later, I felt my partner’s elbow in my ribs. She said she couldn’t sleep without the AC’s cool air, so she woke me up as well. I tried to explain why I wasn’t calling the Heating, Ventilation and A/C dealer for the emergency service. She said that since it was a money issue, she would make it cost me more if I didn’t call the Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation. My partner was going to the hotel until the AC was fixed. That prompted me to call the Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation. Two minutes later, the Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech was at the home repairing the air conditioner unit. It turns out I wasn’t going to spend money because we had a service and repair agreement. Waiting until the morning wasn’t necessary.
