I think that it is the advice that everybody tells you not to do.
Everyone I have ever known has typically told myself and others do not try to service your own heating & a/c however I figured that I have worked with heating & A/C systems before & so I think that I hadbe able to figure it out, then looking back, this was a mistake because I ended up damaging my heating & a/c however at the time it seemed love a great idea.
I had watched a couple of tutorials online & my experience laboring with heating & A/C units was one experience where I repaired a friend’s window a/c. Apart from that, I was not a heating A/C professional by any means. Still, I took all the expertise that I had & attempted to respected my failing to turn on the a/c. I must have messed up something pretty badly because I got an electric shock & on top of that now I could not get my A/C system to even attempt to run. I knew I must have messed up pretty badly & now it’s going to be stuck with the cost of repairing it. With reluctance, I tied up an appointment with my local heating A/C business & they had a heating & cooling service worker come out & beginning the service process. The heat & air conditioner supplier scolded myself and others about trying to service it myself, & I owned up to my mistake. I did not realize how dangerous it was so I’ve decided for now I am just going to leave my heating & A/C repairs to the professionals.
