When they were done though, I was surprised and disgusted to see that the cloth they used to clean the inside of the HVAC unit was literally black. It was so incredibly gross and since then I have made sure to have the ductwork cleaned every year or two. This way I can ensure better indoor air quality and cleaner air, and that makes me happy.
