Within the past month or so I have noticed that my home is feeling much cooler than usual.
- Now the thing is with myself and others is that I’ve typically had a naturally cool home, I love the air conditioner in my home to be more on the cool side.
However, this was too freezing even for myself and others & I knew that there was something going on & so I decided to look around the house. I would notice that when I hadbe sitting in weird rooms, particularly in my dining room, that I would think a freezing draft & I knew it wasn’t from the air conditioner device because the air vent wasn’t anywhere near my bed. This means there had to be a draft somewhere so I started checking around all the windows to see if I could identify where the freezing air was coming from. It did not take myself and others too long to find the source of the draft, the draft was from the window & the ceiling around the window has become worn & undone. Having drafts in your apartment is not great because if left uninspected, because you’re heating & air conditioner to work harder & therefore that would cost you more & energy bills. Thankfully I did not have to schedule a heating & cooling appointment for something love this, I already think exactly how to service it. I went to the hardware store & picked up some more sealers & got to work sealing up the gaps. No more freezing spots for me.
