Within the past month or so I have observed that our condo is feeling much cooler than usual.
Now the thing is with me is that I’ve typically had a naturally cool home, I care about the a/c in our condo to be more on the cool side.
However, this was too cold even for me as well as I knew that there was something going on as well as so I decided to look around the house. It did not take me too long to find the source of the draft, the draft was from the window as well as the ceiling around the window has become worn as well as undone. Having drafts in your beach house isn’tsuperb because if left uninspected, because you are heating as well as a/c to work harder as well as therefore that would cost you more as well as energy bills. Thankfully I did not have to schedule a heating as well as cooling appointment for something care about this, I already suppose exactly how to service it. I went to the hardware store as well as picked up some more sealers as well as got to work sealing up the gaps. No more cold spots for me.
