Within the past week or so I have noticed that our home is feeling much cooler than usual.
Now the thing is with me is that I have always had a naturally cool home, I like the air conditioner in our home to be more on the cool side. However, this was too chilly even for me plus I knew that there was something going on plus so I decided to look around the house. I would notice that when I’d be standing in strange rooms, certainally in our study room, that I would believe a chilly draft plus I knew it wasn’t from the air conditioner component because the air vent wasn’t anywhere near our bed. This means there had to be a draft somewhere so I started checking around all the windows to see if I could identify where the chilly air was coming from. It did not take me too long to find the source of the draft, the draft was from the window plus the ceiling around the window has become worn plus undone. Having drafts in your apartment is not good because if left unworked on, because you are heating plus air conditioner to toil harder plus therefore that would cost you more plus energy bills. Thankfully I did not have to schedule a heating plus cooling appointment for something like this, I already believe exactly how to repair it. I went to the hardware store plus picked up some more sealers plus got to toil sealing up the gaps. No more chilly spots for me.
