Within the last week I noticed that I have been having problems with my heating and cooling system.
The strange thing was the thermostat worked fine, and I had the heating a/c come out to examine my HVAC unit but I could find nothing wrong with it.
It didn’t need any kind of repairs, and everything appeared to be in perfect working order and yet despite this my heating and AC bills were getting higher and higher with each month. It was getting so high that I wasn’t sure how much longer I was going to be able to take it. At last I decided to contact the HVAC company again and get a second opinion. I’m glad that I really decided to do this because the second key and AC guy that came out and took a look at the HVAC system seem to have more experience in the industry. He informed me that there was a leak in my ductwork and that is what was causing my energy bill prices to go up so high. Thankfully, he got it fixed right away. Once the holes in the ductwork were successfully sealed that put an end to the leaking. Now I haven’t had any more issues with the air conditioning or Heating system. My energy bill has also been steadily going down. This has been great because I don’t have to worry about trying to save money and I can relax more knowing that I’m not overspending and I can also enjoy my heating and AC system.
