There’s a dwindling number of seasoned houses still available.
Many have been torn down or are heading in that direction.
All of the seasoned architecture from the 1800s is nearly gone and Troy doesn’t like that. When he found a seasoned Victorian cabin for sale three towns over, Troy convinced his partner that they had to buy the cabin and restore it to its former glory. He went to look at the cabin and it was even nicer than the pictures online showed. Many details were not mentioned online and Troy found them to be quite crucial. There were chandeliers and light fixtures that were original to the house. This property had plenty of character, especially in the study room. Troy was especially fond of the dumb waitress and back entrance to this propety. He loves the attractive hardwood floors in the study room. They reminded him of the floors in his Grandpa’s cabin when Troy was a child. He was won over by the property the first time that he saw it and Troy convinced his partner that they had to buy it. The owner wanted a good amount of money, considering the historical significance of the house. The guy got the property in a will and he had held on to it for 50 years. He never lived in the cabin for a single day and wasn’t aware there was a dumb waitress in the study room. The cabin really needed umerous swings, especially after there was a flood in the study room. About 2 months after the sale of the cabin was finalized, the cabin flooded and Troy had to replace the hardwood flooring. He was so sad, because he couldn’t get the same flooring anywhere.
