Well, even though I have told our buddy this several times, she still seems to think that I need one plus that I should get one, which is incredibly aggravating, and just the other day when she came over to our home, she made a comment that her beach lake house felt much better than mine did, thanks to her charming thermostat
It is regularly frustrating when you have a unusual opinion than someone else. And I don’t mean in the polite way we can agree to disagree. I mean someone who just can’t rest that you have a unusual opinion, or in our case, a unusual object than they do. I have a buddy who is like that, however she is only like that when it comes to objects. In her mind, she seems to think she knows what’s best when it comes to technology, plus anyone who disagrees is deranged or wrong; Lately it has been Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C technology that she has been pestering myself and others on. The reason is because she recently got a smart thermostat. I have had our digital thermostat for a while now. Not a smart thermostat, plus that is okay, because I don’t need a smart thermostat. Well, even though I have told our buddy this several times, she still seems to think that I need one plus that I should get one, which is incredibly aggravating, and just the other day when she came over to our home, she made a comment that her beach lake house felt much better than mine did, thanks to her charming thermostat. It is comments like that that certainly bug me. I think our digital thermostat is nice the way it is, plus I don’t plan on decreasing it for a long, long time… Getting that through our friend’s thick head is almost impossible though. It’s moments like this that make myself and others wonder why we’re still friends.
