My sister won a high efficiency HVAC system from a radio call-in show last year and it has been a great addition to her home. She had been struggling with the indoor air quality in her home for months at the time of the contest. Honestly, that’s the whole reason that she called into the radio show to try to win the HVAC system in the first place. She had been dealing with an old, worn out HVAC unit in her house and she was sick and tired of having to pay for repairs. She said that she had paid three different times that summer to get the air conditioning fixed, but it just kept on tearing up. Each HVAC technician who came to work on her A/C told her that it was time to get a new unit but at that point, she just didn’t have enough money to replace it. Whenever she heard that a local HVAC company was going to be sponsoring a contest on a local radio call-in program, she said that she didn’t feel like she had anything to lose. She called the program and somehow ended up getting through. Against all of the odds, she answered all of the questions correctly and she won the new high efficiency HVAC system. I was so happy for her when she told me that she had won! Now, the indoor air quality in her home is fantastic. I think that the brand of HVAC system that she won must be one of the best ones out there on the market.
